We provide third-party out-of-warranty hardware maintenance, repair, and support services for managed IT services, server, data storage, and backup systems to the leading establishments in Turkey.
As the leading service provider with the most competent technical expert staff and the largest multi-vendor spare device and parts stock in Turkey, we aim to provide the highest-quality service at the most affordable price to more than 400 existing contracted customers.
ITSS continues its development in line with its customer and service-oriented strategic business plan by establishing the Managed Services business unit to respond to its customers’ value-added IT service demands.
ITSS will work as an integral part of customer IT teams with its Managed Services business unit. ITSS will handle all the complexity of the technology, while customer IT teams will focus on their core business, freeing up time for more efficient high value-added activities.
